MULTI-FAMILY HOUSING

Kona Sea Villa consists of 17 six-plex units. We paid special attentions to proportion in the design, so to create aesthetically pleasing buildings. Moreover, we respect the local culture by selecting colors and materials that go well with the environment. Lanais were sized to allow outdoor living while protected from the sun under the roof. Since landscape is as important as the buildings in Hawaii, we worked with the landscape architect, so that there is sufficient room to develop a “park-like” environment.
